Roast Republic was born from a frustration every café owner knows: specialty coffee can be inconsistent. That beautiful single-origin you dialed in perfectly on Monday pulls completely differently by Friday. Seasonal lots run out mid-service. Founded by former café owner Linda Fortuin and roaster Marcus Chen, we focus exclusively on blends engineered for consistency, repeatability, and all-day performance. Every blend uses components from multiple origins and harvest seasons, carefully combined to maintain the same flavor profile year-round.
