This lot comes from Rooted Coffee Estate in Limpopo's Tzaneen region, where tropical conditions allow commercial coffee cultivation. South African coffee is fundamentally different from East African—lower acidity, nuttier profiles, more approachable for everyday drinking. Expect roasted almond and hazelnut notes, caramel sweetness, and a smooth, easy body. We've roasted medium to highlight the natural sweetness. This isn't a competition coffee—it's an honest, delicious daily drinker that happens to be grown just 1,500km from where it's roasted. By buying this coffee, you're supporting the revival of commercial coffee farming in South Africa and keeping value in our local economy.
