The specialty coffee movement has taught consumers to appreciate brighter, more complex flavors—and Sunrise Blend delivers those notes in a café-friendly format. This balanced blend offers stone fruit sweetness, orange citrus brightness, and enough chocolate smoothness to work beautifully in milk. We combine washed Kenyan for fruit and acidity, Colombian for sweetness and balance, and Brazilian pulped natural for body and chocolate. Roasted lighter than our House Blend but not so light that it challenges traditional palates. Sunrise is perfect for cafés wanting to offer something more interesting than traditional espresso without alienating mainstream customers. Also excellent as batch filter for cafés offering a brewed coffee option.
